Classic On Noble is east Alabama’s premier fine dining restaurant. Classic offers a casual inviting environment where you’ll feel right at home and where you’ll always enjoy entertaining friends and clients. Classic’s history began and continues as a passion of its founders, David and Cathy Mashburn. Before restoring the beautiful 1894 Levy and Clark building in historic downtown Anniston, the Mashburns established a renowned reputation for their outstanding catering. Beginning with a friend’s wedding in 1990, at first the catering was an intense hobby. David decided to pursue catering as an add-on to the restaurant and launched Classic Catering.
